Minimum Order Quantity
A 20-foot container of bicycles, at least 300 pieces per model and 150 pieces per color to maintain the minimal manufacturing efficiency and to spread the engineering and tooling costs on each bike.

Payment Terms
(1) 35% down payment, the remaining balance to be paid when B/L is issued. Or,
(2) Irrevocable L/C At Sight.

Production Period
In 30 days from the date we receive the deposit.

Port of Loading
Shanghai or Ningbo port, China.

Painting
All colors in PANTONE or YS Paint Catalog can be painted on bikes.

Samples
Bike samples can be made upon request. Each sample requires $100 sample development fee in addition to its base price. The $100 sample fee will be refunded in full once the order is placed.
